Due to increased demand RHS Home Care are expanding into 3 new counties, RHS Home Care are seeking a Full-time Care Scheduler to join our team in our new Claremorris Office, Co Mayo to cover the regions of Leitrim, Donegal & Sligo.

Role Overview:

RHS Home Care’s Care Scheduler completes the administration tasks that go along with scheduling care to clients in the community. You will be working in the RHS Home Care office in Claremorris communicating with RHS Home Care carers, clients, families and the HSE with the aim of providing care for people to allow them to live with support in their own home. RHS Home Care offers an excellent salary and work/life balance.
**This role is office-based only in our office in Claremorris.
Office Location: No 1 James Street, Claremorris, Co Mayo
Working Hours: Mon-Thurs: 9am-5pm, Friday: 9am-4.30pm

Essential Requirements:

  • ECDL Certified and/or QQI Level 5 Qualification
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Desirable: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administration role

We are currently experiencing increased demand in community services and are seeking a Full-time Care Scheduler to join our team at the Head Office, located in the Primary Care Centre in Roscommon Town.

As a Full-time Care Scheduler, you will play a critical role in our fast-paced service, ensuring the coordination of care between our team of carers, supervisors, and clients in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work both supervised and unsupervised to meet strict deadlines
  • Coordinate effectively with our team of carers and supervisors
  • Utilize an open approach to problem-solving and encourage innovative thinking

This role is office-based only at our Head Office in Roscommon Town.
