RHS Home Care is a non-profit organisation that has been offering compassionate and professional home care services to families in the Midlands, West, and Northwest of Ireland since 1996. Our Head Office is based in Roscommon town and we also have offices in Claremorris and Belmullet in County Mayo. Our aim is to provide quality-driven care that enables our clients to maintain their independence and dignity while staying in their own homes. We recognise that everyone's needs are different, and we work closely with our clients to create tailored care packages that meet their specific requirements. Our care schedules are flexible, ranging from daily visits to full-time care. Whether you or your loved one requires temporary assistance or ongoing care, RHS Home Care is here to help.

Not For Profit Organisation
As a Not-for-profit organisation, RHS Home Care is solely focused on bringing professional home care services to those who need assistance to remain living in their own homes, in their own communities. These services are delivered on a not-for-profit basis by our highly skilled Care Assistants, under the management of our supervisors, coordinators, management team and board of directors. HSE & Private
We are a preferred supplier of home care to the Health Service Executive (HSE). We also offer care services to private clients. The aim of RHS Home Care is to give people the option of remaining within their own homes and communities. In many cases this can be done with the care support we provide.

Our Process
Step 01
The scheduler will call to confirm a carer is in place, check the days and times you need assistance, and discuss the services we'll be providing.
Step 02
Based on your admission screening, our Area Supervisor will develop a care plan, in conjunction with you detailing your requirements.
Step 03
Our care team will source a compatible carer as required to match your individual care requirements.
Step 04
You will be personally introduced to your care team at the commencement of your service.
Step 05
Your care team will be fully briefed on the care plan to be carried out and commence service on an agreed date.
Step 06
Following the commencement of the service, we will request your regular feedback to determine your satisfaction with the service.
Step 07
Care staff are required to get their timesheet signed by you or a representative at the end of each month. This is to verify the hours provided to you and forms part of your record.
