Stress Control is an evidence-based programme provided by the HSE that teaches practical skills to deal with stress and boost your wellbeing.
It will help you to recognise the signs of stress such as how stress affects our bodies and our thoughts and help to develop skills to overcome panicky feelings and how to get a good night’s sleep.
The class is 6 sessions which are run over 3 weeks and will be live-streamed at the scheduled time on YouTube. The first class started today 8th March but each video will remain online for 48 hours. The timetable for the remaining classes is above.
You will also need the booklets which you can find HERE
All you need to successfully complete this class is to watch each of the six sessions, read the booklets, and complete the homework tasks.
