About the Role:

RHS Home Care is hiring a Care Supervisor for the Mayo region, including Castlebar, Westport, and Newport. This is more than a job, it's a chance to grow into a leadership role while supporting both clients and care teams in your community.

Main Duties:
- Managing all aspects of client care
- Supervising and supporting care staff
- Overseeing training, reviews, and care plans
- Supporting recruitment across North Mayo
Requirements:
- QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or relevant degree
- Supervisory qualification (Level 6 or above)
- 1+ year of supervisory experience in healthcare
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
- Good IT skills in Microsoft Office
- Full clean driving licence and access to a car
