All RHS Home Care healthcare assistants are paid directly by the Co-op on a monthly basis.

Healthcare assistants are not allowed to receive additional payment/gratuities from our clients.

Clients are not permitted to independently employ RHS Home Care Healthcare Assistants outside of the agreed service. The general duties of our Healthcare Assistants do not include any type of farm work, gardening or window cleaning.

Clients will be responsible for the provision of any necessary cleaning agents and equipment required to carry out the requested duties.
